Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. caraway seed
    dash of cayenne (optional)
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Add onion, celery and garlic.
    Drain. Add remaining ingredients except macaroni. Stir to blend and break apart tomatoes. Cover and simmer until celery is tender.
    Stir in macaroni. Re-cover and simmer until heated.
