Cheddar Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

9-inch pie shell
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 eggs
peeled tomatoes
Preparation

Bake pie shell.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Heat cheese, onion, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat.
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add cheese mixture and continue beating until smooth.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Bake 25 minutes or until filling is just set.
