Bisquick Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick (light)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 light Parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry oregano or marjoram
dash of black pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. Puritan oil
8 egg whites or 4 egg substitutes
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes or until brown.
