Shrimp And Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    3 c. milk
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. raw scallops
    1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp, thawed and drained
Preparation
    Poach scallops 10 minutes in water to which you add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Reserve 1/2 cup broth.
