Basic Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fish fillets (per person)
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Wash fish thoroughly.
    Place drained fish in single layer in foil-lined shallow baking pan.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
