Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. nuts
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Let stand at room temperature until soft. Mix and put in plastic wrap in fridge for a few hours. Roll in log shape and roll in chopped nuts.
