Christmas Cheese Balls(Makes Three 1 Ounce Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. American cheese, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. stuffed green olives, chopped
3 large green onion stems, chopped
2 Tbsp. milk or cooking sherry
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce or chili powder
1 clove garlic, finely minced

Preparation

Mix well; shape into 3 large balls and refrigerate.
Take out 1 hour before serving.
