Quiche Lorraine(Great For Breakfast Or Brunch!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon
2 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 (9-inch) frozen pastry shell
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
Combine eggs, half and half and seasonings.
Beat until well blended. Crumble bacon into bottom of pastry shell and then sprinkle with cheese.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Bake 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 4 servings.
