Microwave Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    9-inch pastry shell, baked
    sweetened whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    Combine syrup, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla; stir in pecans.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Cook at Medium for 7 to 9 minutes or until pie is set.
    Let stand until cool.
    Garnish, if desired, with sweetened whipped cream.
    Makes 8 servings.
