Seasoned Coating Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. shortening
4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Place in covered container and store in cool place.
For chicken, dip pieces in water and shake in plastic bag with coating mix.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
