Very Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh berries, hulled
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In saucepan, crush 2 cups berries; add cornstarch and sugar. Cook, stirring until mixture boils.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Fold in lemon juice and the 2 cups of halved berries.
Pour into baked crust; chill.
Serve with whipping cream.
Double recipe for large pie pan.
