Sweet And Sour Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, trimmed of separable fat
1 (11 oz.) can pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
dash of ground ginger

Preparation

Cut ham into bite-size strips.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, stir together ham, pineapple tidbits and mandarin orange sections and water chestnuts.
Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until heated through, stirring once.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
