Banana Split Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 banana, sliced, each slice cut into fourths
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed, drained and cut into pieces
    handful chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix together the softened ice cream and flour until flour has \"disappeared.\"
    Add strawberries and banana pieces and stir five times.
    The batter will turn pink.
    Fill batter into pre-greased tins.
    Place chocolate chips on top of each muffin.
    Place in oven and bake at 375\u00b0 until done and slightly brown on top.
    Let cool 15 minutes before removing from tins and tasting.
