Puffy Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour and salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
Gradually cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Gradually add sauce to slightly beaten egg yolks.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Carefully fold the cheese mixture and pour into casserole (1 1/2-quart).
Bake in pan of hot water at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
