Hot Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) Jimmy Dean sausage or turkey sausage
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    2 to 3 oz. large mushrooms, washed with stems removed
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain.
    Save drippings.
    Saute onions in 1 tablespoon of drippings.
    Add sausage to onions.
    Add cream cheese until melted.
    Knead with hands.
    Fill mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
