Cookie Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg white
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine with fork.
    Blend in sugar and egg yolk.
    Add sifted flour and cinnamon; mix well.
    Press onto ungreased 10 x 15-inch baking sheet.
    Brush with unbeaten egg white.
    Sprinkle with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
