Metha'S Cheese And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 small jar pimento, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
    Melt in grated cheese and add peas and pimento.
