Banana Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
8 egg yolks, unbeaten
1/3 c. cold water
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 tsp. vanilla
8 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Make a well. Add salad oil, egg yolks, water, banana and vanilla and mix well. Beat until smooth.
