Stupid Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 Ritz crackers, crumbled by hand
Preparation
    Mix together and bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven in a greased pie tin.
    Cool, then top with 1 cup whipping cream.
    Use 4x sugar to sweeten cream.
    Let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
    Can be made the night before.
