Red'S Perfect Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans beef consomme
1 c. chopped onion
1 stick margarine
1 c. regular rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation

Saute rice and onion in margarine until brown. Add all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0. You can add chicken, pork chops, or any meat you want.
