Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cut in with pastry blender the shortening.
Add milk.
Mix quickly and lightly.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board.
Knead for 1/2 minute.
Roll out into rectangle, 10 x 12-inch.
