Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    chopped onion, if desired
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms; take stems out. Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Saute stems separately.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
