Long Anise Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    oil of anise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until dough is smooth. Make long rolls and place on greased cookie sheets. Place only 3 rolls per sheet because dough will spread.
    Before baking, brush beaten egg yolk over top and sides of rolls. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    While still warm, cut into thin, slanted slices.
