Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. grated carrots, packed
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients, except beaten egg whites.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake in three 9-inch pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
