German Fondue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    pinch of sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter; add mustard and seasonings. Stir well and carefully add egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Slowly add lemon juice being careful not to let mixture curdle. Beat well and return to heat. Stir constantly over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken.
