Drum Stick Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafers
    2 c. peanuts, chopped (Spanish with skin)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    5 c. Cool Whip (two 12 oz.)
    1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    2 (3 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    8 oz. king size Hershey bar
Preparation
    1st Layer:
    Mix wafers, peanuts and butter.
    Put in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool completely.
