Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed saltines
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 large Vidalia onions, sliced thin
    8 oz. sour cream or Ricotta cheese or 1/2 of each
    1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh dill (optional)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 slices crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Combine saltines and 4 tablespoons of butter, then press into 9-inch pie plate.
    Saute remaining butter with onions, place in pie shell.
    Combine eggs, sour cream, Ricotta, dill, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
    Pour over onions, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
