Sausage And Cheddar Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

9-inch pie shell, baked
1 pkg. hot or mild pork sausage
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 c. milk
paprika
Preparation

Cook sausage until brown; drain well.
Combine mushrooms, basil, salt, green pepper, parsley and onion.
Mix well.
Spoon into cooled pie shell; top with cheese.
Combine milk and eggs, beating just until frothy.
Pour evenly over cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and quiche is set.
