French Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper and grated nutmeg
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes round and thin.
    Lightly grease casserole dish.
    Layer potatoes in dish, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Press garlic over mixture.
    Add cream and milk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft and creamy.
