Meat Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thick white sauce
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 c. chopped beef, ham, pork or chicken
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. water
    fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients. Shape into cones. Roll in flour, then dip in mixture of egg and water, then in fine bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until a little brown, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Drain on paper. Serve with gravy.
