Herbed Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. rubbed sage
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. ground marjoram
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 lb.) boneless double pork loin roast, cut for rolling
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.
    Trim excess fat from roast.
    Place split sections of roast on top of each other. Rub surface of roast with herb mixture.
    Tie roast at 2 to 3-inch intervals with string.
    Place roast in a large browning bag. Prepare according to package directions.
