Betty'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 red apple
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail; finish filling cup with water and heat. Dissolve Jell-O in heated juice.
    Cool.
    Add chopped apple (unpeeled), few grains of salt, milk, mashed cream cheese, fruit cocktail and nuts.
    Add approximately 1/4 cup orange juice.
    Mold.
