Ham And Potato Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 c. cubed ham
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut in 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Halve or quarter slices if you prefer.
    Put in saucepan, add just enough water to cover.
    Cook 10 minutes; add onion slices, ham and parsley.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Add a small amount of water if necessary while the stew is cooking.
    Serves 2 to 3.
