Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut into 6 slices
    4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
    1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 slices rye bread, toasted or cubed
Preparation
    Spread sauerkraut in shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with caraway seed.
    Arrange meat on kraut.
    Spoon on Thousand Island dressing.
    Place cheese slices on meat.
    Sprinkle on bread cubes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
