Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. vegetable or 1 large frozen
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick of oleo, melted
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix oleo and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour.
