Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Mix milk, butter, sugar and cocoa in saucepan.
Mix well and bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil exactly 3 minutes then remove from heat and immediately add peanut butter, salt and vanilla. Gradually add oats and mix well.
Spread on greased sheet pan 1/2-inch thick and cut into squares when cool.
Makes 25 squares.
