Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients well.
    Shape into patties and fry. When done, top with soup and simmer.
