Foccacio Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. rosemary
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    1 envelope yeast
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. coarse salt
Preparation
    Combine salt, flour and rosemary.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add 3 tablespoons olive oil.
    Combine the wet mixture with the dry (salt, flour, rosemary) mixture using a spatula.
    Stir until evenly moist and beat vigorously for 1 minute.
    Cover for 1 hour.
