Pot Roast(Chuck, Round Or Brisket) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce (I really prefer 1/2 this amount)
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In chicken fryer or heavy roaster, brown meat in hot oil. Add onion until golden brown. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. May add potato and carrot wedges. Veggies may be precooked in the microwave.
