Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp flour
    1 Tbsp butter
    3 c. rhubarb, cut up
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, butter and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until done.
