Laurie'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 double box Lorna Doone, crumbled
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. sour cream

Preparation

To make crust:
Use your own favorite graham cracker crumb recipe or try this.
Combine the first three ingredients listed in a spring-form pan to form crust.
(I use a 9 or 10-inch pan). Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
