Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 tsp. vinegar*
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar*
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce*
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard*
    5 Tbsp. chili powder*
Preparation
    In large pot, brown beef and drain.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
    Great served over baked potatoes.
