Transparent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    yolk of 2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice or extract
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Beat egg whites and stir in last.
    Pour in pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
