Yaki-Mish (Japanese) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef tenderloin or round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes or strips
1/2 c. finely chopped bell peppers
1 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. cooked cold rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown meat on medium-high heat setting, stirring often.
Add vegetables and cook 5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and rice.
Stir and mix well but lightly.
Taste before salting, because soy sauce is salty.
Good served with a green salad and French bread.
Yields 6 servings.
