Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. whole tomatoes
2 or 3 slices bread, broken up into small pieces
1 egg
1 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together ground beef, tomatoes, bread, egg, onion, salt, pepper and sugar.
Place in baking dish in form of loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Drain off excess fat. Pour tomato soup (and a little water from rinsing the can) over meat loaf and continue baking 25 minutes more.
