Mom'S Apricot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Soak and grind dried apricots.
Mix together sugar, butter and eggs.
Add water and orange juice.
Sift and add to the mixture, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Pour into one 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
