Jeanne'S Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 small can green chillie peppers, chopped and drained
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    2 tomatoes
    1 c. monterey cheese, shredded
    Lettuce
    Sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 inch pie plate or square casserole dish.
    Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix.
    Place in pie plate of dish and sprinkle chillie peppers on top.
    In separate bowl,
    beat milk, eggs, and Bisquick until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean when inserted, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream, lettuce, extra tomatoes, and cheese if desired.
    Great as leftovers.
