Sure-Jell Easy Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed strawberries
    4 c. sugar
    1 box Sure-Jell fruit pectin
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 cans Blue Lake green beans
    2 Italian sweet onions
    radishes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water, vinegar and corn oil and bring to a boil. Drain liquid from green beans.
    Slice onions very thin.
    Place beans and onions in layers in flat covered dish.
    One cup of thinly sliced radishes may be added for color.
    Pour hot liquid over vegetables.
    When cool, cover and refrigerate.
    Marinate at least 24 hours.
