Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. grated coconut
    unbaked pastry for a 9-inch pie
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    On medium speed of electric mixer, beat the eggs.
    Add milk and heavy cream; beat to blend.
    Add butter, orange rind, sugar and 3/4 cup coconut, mixing until blended.
