Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 slices bread, cubed
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    On day before, brown sausage and drain.
    Put bread in greased 9 x 15-inch baking dish and top with browned sausage and cheese. Mix milk and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add mustard and salt.
    Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
